It was established as the result of the merger of the Spanish company GRUPO PROFAND and the Portuguese company LARGISPOT. The company was incorporated in the year 2013 and conducts its business from its registered head office located in Vigo. The company has specialised in the marketing of fish from the Northern Atlantic (FAO 21), with exclusive rights over the products resulting from fishing activities by a fleet of 6 trawlers in NAFO. Its products include cold water prawns, red fish whole pound, yellow tail HG, American plaice HG, Greenland halibut, Atlantic Cod Hg, skate wings, red fish HG, Greenland halibut skinless, witch sole, among others. The company's products are marketed in all of the main markets of Europe and Asia.
