The company is engaged in ship building and repairing. It conducts its business from its registered head office located in Vigo, Spain. It was established in the year 1895. The company constructs and delivers a range of vessels, including survey vessel, construction vessel, seismic vessel, tug boats, patrol vessel, oceanographic research vessel, offshore patrol vessel, reefer vessel, container vessel, and fishing vessels. Its shipyard comprises two factories with a total extension of 42.000 m2.
